How to reach the boat from Tirana or Shkodra

If your night is in Tirana, you still have to be in Shkodra for the 07:00 minibus. Be at Migjeni Theatre by 06:40. The road then stops for a coffee and the last 10–15 km into Koman are narrow. You are at the port in time for the morning boat. That whole day, road and boat, is the €34 ticket. Rozafa does not sell a bus that starts in Tirana.

If you are already in Shkodra, the same 07:00 bus is the simple way. If you are already at the lake, skip the bus and meet at Rozafa Bar inside Komani Port: 09:15 for the €20 morning boat, or 11:30 for the €25 noon boat. Cars park about 1 km before the last tunnel. The port is closed to private cars.
