Where the Koman boat actually leaves

Every lake tour on this site that starts at Koman meets at Rozafa Bar & Cafe, inside the port. It is also the cafe and the small market, so you can get a coffee before the boat. The shared morning boat wants you there by 09:15. The noon boat wants you there by 11:30. The ferry toward Fierza boards at 09:00.

Cars stop about 1 km before the last tunnel. The port itself is closed to private cars. The walk is 10–12 minutes, and the parking staff run a short shuttle.

If your day starts in Shkodra, you do not drive this last kilometre yourself. The minibus from Migjeni Theatre drops you at the port. That road is a separate page.
