This is the lake ferry, not the swim-stop boat. It takes people, bicycles, motorcycles and cars between Koman and Fierza, about two hours through the canyon.

The season on the old timetable is every day from April to November. Koman departs at 09:00. Fierza departs at 13:00. A passenger is €10. A bicycle is €10. A motorcycle is €22. A car is listed at €7 per metre, and the booking form prices a car at €21. Meet at Rozafa Bar on the Koman side. On the Fierza side, use the port.

Komani Lake is a hydroelectric reservoir. In spring and autumn the water can sit lower. The boat still runs. If it cannot reach the usual Shala stop, the walk along the bank is about 300–400 metres.
