Departure is 07:00 from Migjeni Theatre. Arrive 20 minutes early. The first stretch follows the lake at Vau i Dejës. There is a 20–30 minute stop at the pass for coffee and a photo. The last 10–15 km are narrow. You are dropped at Komani Port, where the boats and the ferry wait. The old page did not publish a fixed fare, so the price is the one we confirm on WhatsApp.
Migjeni Theatre, Shkodra.
Komani Lake is a hydroelectric reservoir. In spring and autumn the water can sit lower. The boat still runs. If it cannot reach the usual Shala stop, the walk along the bank is about 300–400 metres.

This page is only the road from Shkodra to Koman. The minibus leaves Migjeni Theatre at 07:00 and takes about two to two and a half hours. The fare was not published on the old site, so ask. If you also want the boat, the €34 day already includes this road. The €22 ticket to Valbona continues past Koman onto the ferry.
