The minibus leaves Valbona every day at 10:30. It includes the ride to Fierza, the ferry ticket Fierza–Koman, and the seat from Koman to Shkodra. Luggage help is part of the service.

Komani Lake is a hydroelectric reservoir. In spring and autumn the water can sit lower. The boat still runs. If it cannot reach the usual Shala stop, the walk along the bank is about 300–400 metres.

This is the return, not the way in. You leave Valbona at 10:30, take the 13:00 ferry from Fierza to Koman, then the bus to Shkodra. The price is €30. The opposite direction, Shkodra to Valbona, is €22 and starts at 07:00 in the city. Neither ticket is a swim at the Shala River.
