Arrive at Rozafa Bar 30 minutes before noon. The boat leaves at 12:00 and returns from the Shala River at 17:00. On the bank you have three to four hours: swimming, a walk, a sunbed, or lunch. Kayaks are sometimes there; they are not part of the ticket.

Komani Lake is a hydroelectric reservoir. In spring and autumn the water can sit lower. The boat still runs. If it cannot reach the usual Shala stop, the walk along the bank is about 300–400 metres.

This is the later shared boat: €25, departure at 12:00, leave the river at 17:00. Take it when the morning road is not yours. The 09:30 boat is cheaper, €20, and finishes sooner. The €34 Shkodra ticket is a different product because the minibus is inside the price.
