The 09:30 boat is the one that fits a full day from Shkodra. You are on the river around 11:15 and you still have the afternoon for the ride home. The ticket is €20 if you are already at Koman, or €34 if the minibus from Shkodra is included.
The 12:00 boat is €25. It leaves the river at 17:00, so the stop is longer and the day ends later. Take it if the morning road from Shkodra is not yours.
A private boat is €200 for up to six people, then €20 each. The speedboat is €250 for up to six, then €25 each. Both leave when you ask, from the same bar.
